Flexera conducts periodic failover tests of the Flexera One IT Visibility (ITV) service. We will be performing failover tests for the North American ITV service Monday, October 18th from 1 AM – 3 PM PDT. There might be a brief service outage during the following window as the service fails over to a different AZ:
UTC: October 18 08:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT: October 18 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM CDT: October 18 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM AEDT: October 18 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Our SRE Team has a detailed plan to test our automated failover capabilities. If you notice any issues during the failover period or after the activity, please let us know immediately through your normal channels of communication with Flexera.
