Scope: Maintenance will be performed on the production cluster in the Australia Southeast (ASE) region.

Duration: The cluster may experience up to 4 hours of downtime.

Impact: Users may experience intermittent access disruptions during this time as we perform infrastructure updates on the messaging services.

Reason: We are migrating our messaging components to more secure, encryption-at-host node pools to enhance overall system security.
