Scheduled
Flexera will be re-scheduling the planned certificate update in the production environment for Monday, May 18, 2020 at 10 AM PDT.

##########################################################

The following certificates were updated in UAT on April 21st. Please make sure you have taken the time to test before the certificates are updated in our Production environment on May 18th.

Production Compliance endpoint (FNO LLM and ALM)
*.compliance.flexnetoperations.com – May 18th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Production Enterprise Portal (FNO LLM only)
*.subscribenet.com – May 18th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Production Producer Portal (FNO LLM only)
manager.subscribenet.com – May 18th between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Note: The Producer Portal certificates are used for the management endpoints within FlexNet Operations License Lifecycle Management (LLM) for customers who are still using the legacy “subscribenet.com” url. These endpoints are used for most customer integrations, including web services and batch processing. Please pay special attention to this notification if you have any integrations running against the FlexNet Operations service.

What steps need to be performed for integration clients?
If the client is configured to trust either the intermediary or root CA certificate, no action is required. If the client is configured to use the explicit *.subscribenet.com certificate, the client truststore will need to be updated with the new certificate.

How does my organization prepare for the renewal if we are using the certificate for integration purposes with Flexera?
Please forward this email to the group, within your organization, responsible for managing the integration and have them follow the steps outlined on page 16 of the FlexNet Operations Integration Guide: A Guide to Integrating with FlexNet Operations. This document can be access through the Documentation link in the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal. Alternatively, you can contact Flexera’s Support Team.

To ensure there are no interruptions with your integration, please make sure you install the new certificate on your systems before the renewal date and test your integrations in UAT before May 18, 2020.
