2:50 AM PDT: We are currently investigating an incident in shard 4 affecting Self-Service operations

5:50 AM PDT The issue has been identified. An underlying infrastructure used by internal microservices had been affected. It has been restored and Self-Service shard 4 operations have been restored as well.

10:20AM PDT: There were sporadic errors due to a partial outage of the same internal microservice. This has now been identified and restored to working order. There should be no related errors at this point in time.
