Our teams have successfully reproduced the issue and identified a configuration problem as the root cause. They are actively working on a fix and will provide further updates as they become available.

Incident Description: Emails sent to Flexera Support using the support@flexera.com email address are bouncing and not getting through to Flexera. The relevant technical team has been engaged and is investigating.

At this time, please use the Support case portal available at https://community.flexera.com/s/support-hub for creating and updating cases instead of sending email.

Priority: P3

Restoration Activity: Our technical team is actively working on identifying the cause and restoring services. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
