Incident Description: Due to an issue encountered during a recent updrade, Beacon connectivity and Batch processing were unavailable from approximately 10:30am CDT till 11:30am. As a result, some Batch jobs were unable to be processed and failed.
Impacted customers can re-run failed jobs or wait for their next scheduled run.

Restoration activity: Impacted components were replaced restoring services.
