Incident Description: Our teams have identified an issue affecting a connector within Flexera SaaS Management across all production regions. During this time, affected customers may experience data aggregation failures due to HTTP 504 (Gateway Timeout) errors affecting certain API requests used by the connector.
Business Impact: A subset of customers may experience unsuccessful or delayed data aggregation within Flexera SaaS Management.

Restoration Activity: The initial investigation by our teams identified timeout errors affecting specific reporting requests required by the connector. The service provider has been engaged and is actively investigating the issue. Our technical teams continue to monitor the affected environments and work closely with the service provider toward resolution. In parallel, additional mitigation measures are being evaluated to help restore successful data aggregation while the investigation continues.
