We experienced intermittent application connectivity from 6:29 AM PDT to 7:09 AM PDT and a nine minute outage from 6:39 - 6:48 due to idle blocking sessions on the database. Blocked sessions were cleared and the applications resumed normal operation (SaaS020723).
