In July 2019 we notified you about our planned move of Flexnet Manager Suite (FNMS) to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Another email was sent to FNMS administrators on May 20th. The Flexnet Management Suite US UAT environment will be offline for the maintenance window below as we migrate the environment from our California data center to the AWS Oregon region.

UTC: 6-18-2020 10:00 pm – 6-19-2020 6:00 am
AEST: 6-19-2020 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

This changes will provide a number of immediate benefits, including:

• increased reliability and scalability for your business-critical tasks
• faster delivery of new features while reducing downtime
• significant reduction in disaster recovery times

If your company utilizes IP/domain whitelists to control outbound traffic, these will need to be updated in order to access the environment after the move to AWS. You can request the list of domains and IP addresses to be whitelisted by sending a request to Flexnet-Whitelist@flexera.com

The US production environment will be migrated to the AWS Oregon region 6 weeks after UAT. It’s important that customers test their access in UAT during the 6 weeks between the UAT and Production migration. Please report any issues to our customer support team.
