In July 2019 we notified you about our planned move of Flexnet Manager Suite (FNMS) to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additional emails were sent to FNMS administrators on May 6th, May 28th, and June 23rd. The Flexnet Management Suite EU Production environment will be offline for the maintenance window below as we migrate the it from our Frankfurt data center to the AWS Frankfurt region.

The UAT Environment was already migrated to AWS, so please login to your UAT environment to test that beacons can still upload data and users can still access the UI. If you encounter any issues, contact technical support.
The move to AWS will provide a number of immediate benefits, including:
· increased reliability and scalability for your business-critical tasks · faster delivery of new features while reducing downtime · significant reduction in disaster recovery times
If your company utilizes IP whitelists to control outbound traffic, these will need to be updated in order to access the environment after the move to AWS. You can request the list of domains and IP addresses to be whitelisted by sending a request to Flexnet-Whitelist@flexera.com
