This is caused by the removal of the link(s) between evidence records and applications. This change will have occurred between Friday March 1 and Saturday March 2. The cause of this change has been identified and resolved. Your license consumption will return to normal following the next full license reconciliation. A full analysis of this incident is underway to ensure that it will not occur again.
