Flexera will be doing maintenance to upgrade its network infrastructure in the US production data center. This work could cause momentary connectivity issues for FlexNet Operations, FlexNet Manager Suite, and FlexNet Connect production and UAT environments. To minimize disruption, Flexera will be slowing bleeding traffic off circuits prior to doing work. Despite this, customers might experience momentary connectivity issues at several points during the window below as traffic is switched from one circuit to another. Long running transactions such as file uploads in FNO and beacon inventory uploads in FNMS might fail if they are in-process when network devices are rebooted. FNMS beacons will automatically retry the upload in the event of a failure.
