Incident Description:
Web Services were temporarily unavailable preventing customers from accessing FlexNet Manager Suite. Batch processing was also temporarily unavailable causing some customer batch Jobs to fail in FlexNet Manager Suite US. Impacted Customers can manually kick off failed Batch jobs if required.

Restoration activity:
Technical teams have identified an issue and completed remediation activities. Health checks and monitoring have confirmed services are now stable.
